Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Standard Free Shipping on all orders.  Allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed, allow up to 8-10 business days for your order to be delivered.

We have multiple manufacturing partners located domestically and internationally. Because of this, you may receive multiple packages from different groups. It is also because of this that the transit times can vary. Our products prices are low and affordable because we are sacrificing quick transit times as well as always offering free shipping. So, please be patient with your order and us as we are able to bring costs down with slower transit times and sourcing from multiple manufacturers.

Confirmation emails with tracking numbers may be sent to your spam or promotions folder. Please check those folders if you have not received an email.

Orders may take longer due to order surges.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

We ship orders as soon as possible; however, this will not always be the same day that the order is placed. In general, please allow 5 business days for processing time. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed. Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders.

The Visuals Collective, cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing The Visuals Collective with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.

The Visuals Collective does not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We do ship internationally. International shipments may sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks for standard delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once a package has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the arrival of the package. It now becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Goods purchased on promotions or sales.
• Goods received in giveaways.
• Gift Cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without communication with our team.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@thevisualscollective.com.

SALE ITEMS 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@thevisualscollective.com.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
